Grant Funding is Available for qualified applicants

Qualified applicants can request grant funding to offset expenses required to improve their land for a tiny home on wheels. Typical examples of eligible expenses include improving electrical service to add a 50 amp service, installing a sewer cleanout and permit or inspection fees. LEAP will work with you to advertise your site to Tiny Home owners who could rent your “pad.” *Grant funds are not predetermined and are based on need and likelihood of execution.

If you have a Tiny Home on wheels already, please contact Info@LeapHousing.org to see how the Pilot can help you.
