LEAP is a Certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), creating new affordable housing throughout Idaho. We are striving to create homes that are beautiful, safe and sustainable. We have current bid opportunities available through our housing partner, Flynner Homes. We give preference to bids which qualify for Section 3 or are a Minority or Woman Owned Business (MBE/WBE). To view bid opportunities for a project location, click on the button below.
