A project manager at Hawkins Companies, one of the area's foremost commercial multifamily real estate developers, he leverages his years of experience in city planning and pre-development to help LEAP navigate the feasibility process when considering new housing developments.

His insights are remarkable and help LEAP move much faster through planning and zoning considerations. Ethan chose to volunteer his specialized talents with LEAP because he cares about our city and the work LEAP does in our community.
