The Hamilton Place Community, Inc. is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to

assist with planning, environmental, and design of drinking water system improvements.

Professional services required are likely to include analysis of the existing drinking water

system, preparation of a drinking water facility plan and an environmental information document,

and subsequent design, project cost estimating, preparation of bidding documents, and

construction observation services.

Funding sources for these services and the proposed improvements project may include state,

federal, and non-profit funding sources. Interested firms must demonstrate experience with

small Idaho drinking water systems, familiarity with working with state, federal, and non-profit

funding and associated compliance administration requirements and supporting public outreach

and education efforts in alignment with public water system projects.

Deadline and Information. Proposals must be sent to the Karen Christianson, ROC Director

LEAP Housing, karen@leaphousing.org . All submittals must be submitted to Karen

Christianson by March 27, 2026, before 5pm MST. Questions must be directed to the Karen

Chistianson by email no later than five (5) days before the submittal deadlines. Questions will

not be reviewed or responded to after March 22, 2026. Selection of the firm will follow the

qualifications-based selection process set forth in Idaho Code §672320 for procurement of

professional engineering services.
