Love Thy Neighbor: Faith-Aligned People Funding Housing’ is a venue for learning, fellowship, and inspiration — bringing our faith community together for an evening of discussion and actionable steps you can take to fund the housing work being done to create attainable and affordable price points for Idaho. LEAP Housing is an Idaho-based nonprofit that is focused on innovative solutions to housing affordability issues in our state’s communities. LEAP was started by faith-motivated Bart Cochran, a multigenerational Idahoan and licensed Realtor, who saw a growing number of households unable to access housing options that they could afford in Idaho. Led by faith, Bart decided to act. LEAP serves over a thousand Idahoans each year and has added nearly 500 housing opportunities that local wages can afford to communities across Idaho, 68 of which were created from YIGBY partnerships. Click here to learn more about our YIGBY work in Idaho.
