Robyn Parsons Paffendorf

My position and main responsibilities at LEAP are…

As a grant writer, my goal is to strategically share LEAP’s message and story and engage organizations and donors in our community to raise funds for affordable housing development or preservation. Specifically, I'll be working on efforts to bolster funding for the LEAP Loan Fund. I have been grant writing and working on fund development for nonprofit organizations that focus on lifting families in our community like North Idaho CASA, Women’s and Children’s Alliance, Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County, and United Way of Treasure Valley for some 18 years.

When I’m not working I am…

Spending as much time as I can with my favorite people: my family, including a small soccer team of grandchildren. I also enjoy reading and rescuing senior dogs from shelters.

I’m in nonprofit work, and specifically inspired by LEAP, because…

LEAP advocates for children and families in Idaho. As a grant writer for families, I love seeing families and children in my community receive the needed assistance so they can come into safe and secure housing.
